TurnAnuts™ are initially being manufactured for 3/4” and 7/8” 325s, (with a plan for 1” 325 being added later) and for M20 8.8 and M24 8.8, suitable for ASTM A325 Metric bolts and bolts covered under EN 14399-3 bolts. Under ASTM standards, the DTIs will conform to the mechanical, chemical, dimensional and testing requirements of ASTM F959 inch or metric, and F606, except for adjusting the inside diameter and protrusion placement to accept the nut. In Europe the DTI will generally conform to EN 14399-9. The DH nut conforms to ASTM A563 for proof load, thread tolerances, hardness and testing, except that it is strengthened in the base and a flange is added to fit the DTI. Metric equivalents will conform to DH metric and EN 14399-3, similarly modified and strengthened.
